بِتَطْرِيبٍ — with melodic ornamentation. The preposition bi- ('with') fused to an indefinite noun 'melodious ornamentation', marking a quality of the recitation. The preposition governs the noun in the genitive. It introduces one of two attributes (with 'suspense' next) describing how they recite.
