يَتَمَلَّوْنَهَا عَلَى نَسَقٍ بِتَطْرِيبٍ وَتَشْوِيقٍ؛
They recite it in a melodious, suspenseful style.
وَتَشْوِيقٍ — and suspense. A noun 'suspense/anticipation' with wa- joining it to the preceding 'with melodiousness'. The wa- pairs a second quality under the same 'with', so it shares that preposition's genitive. Together the two name the captivating manner of the reciting.
