How to say “about whom” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
فَكَيْفَ بِمَنْ يَنْتَظِمُهَا مُرْتَجِلًا،
So what about someone who arranges them on the spot?
بِمَنْ — about whom. The preposition bi- ('about/with') fused to a relative 'whom', giving 'about the one who...'. The preposition governs its object in the genitive, and the relative opens a clause describing that person. Together: 'so how about someone who...'.
