Arabic vocabulary
How to say “on the spot” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
فَكَيْفَ بِمَنْ يَنْتَظِمُهَا مُرْتَجِلًا،
So what about someone who arranges them on the spot?
مُرْتَجِلًا — on the spot. An active participle 'improvising / on the spot' in the object-style case, used adverbially to tell how he arranges the verses, without preparation. Arabic marks such manner-describing words with this accusative. It delivers the punch of the comparison: doing it spontaneously.
