بِمُتَشَابِهِهِ — to its ambiguous ones. Through 'bi-' again, naming what one submits to — the Book's ambiguous, look-alike passages, owned by 'it.' The pairing is the lesson: act on what is clear, but bow to what is unclear rather than forcing a reading on it.
