وَلِهَذَا يَكْثُرُ فِي كَلاَمِ مَشَايِخِ الدِّينِ وَأَئِمَّتِهِ
For this reason, it is common in the speech of religious sheikhs and its imams.
يَكْثُرُ — it is frequent. A present-tense verb 'is frequent/abounds' used impersonally with its own third-person subject. It heads a 'it is common that...' statement, with the thing that abounds named in the following phrase.
