الْثَّانِيَةُ اَنْ يَصِيرَ الشَّيْطَانُ مِنْ جُنُودِهِ
The second is that he becomes one of Satan's soldiers.
يَصِيرَ — he becomes. A verb meaning 'becomes', sitting in its subjunctive form because the 'that' just before it demands it. It introduces a change of state, so the clause describes someone turning into something, and its changed ending marks the governing 'that'.
