الْثَّانِيَةُ اَنْ يَصِيرَ الشَّيْطَانُ مِنْ جُنُودِهِ
The second is that he becomes one of Satan's soldiers.
اَنْ — that. This little particle 'that' opens a clause and bends the following verb into its subjunctive shape. Its grammatical job is to flag the upcoming statement as the content of the case, and to govern the verb's altered ending.
