بِحَسْبِ امْرِئٍ مِنْ الشَّرِّ أَنْ يَحْقِرَ أَخَاهُ الْمُسْلِمَ،
It is enough evil for a person to look down on his Muslim brother.
أَخَاهُ — his brother. 'His brother', the object of 'despise', in the accusative shown by the long '-aa' of these special nouns, with 'his' fused on. To scorn one's own brother is the named evil.
