لَكِنَّ الْعِبَادَةَ الْمَأْمُورَةَ بِهَا تَتَضَمَّنُ مَعْنَى الذُّلِّ وَمَعْنَى الْحُبِّ
But the worship that one is commanded to perform includes a sense of humility and a sense of love.
الْمَأْمُورَةَ — commanded. A passive participle 'commanded', a 'made to be...' form, describing the worship that one is ordered to do. It follows its noun and agrees with it, narrowing 'worship' to the kind that is enjoined.
