Whoever lives by deceit, trickery, and cunning will inevitably face disgrace in this world and contempt in the next, even if they gain prominence.
وَمَقْتٍ — and condemnation. Joined by 'wa-', this shares the genitive under 'from' — 'and detestation / contempt', the second inevitable fate. Coordinated items match in case. It pairs with 'in the next' to place the second penalty.
