وَمَثَلُ هَذِهِ الْعُبُودِيَّةِ لَا تَفْرِقُ بَيْنَ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ وَأَهْلِ النَّارِ
And the example of this servitude does not distinguish between the people of Paradise and the people of Hell.
تَفْرِقُ — distinguish. A present-tense verb 'distinguishes / separates', in the feminine form to agree with its feminine subject 'this servitude'. The feminine ending is how the verb signals which noun is its doer.
