وتلك الحكايات ينبغي أن تدخل في ترجمة الحسن لا في ترجمة هشام،
Those stories should be included in the biography of al-Hasan, not in the biography of Hisham.
تُدْخَلَ — be entered. This is the passive, in its subjunctive ending under the 'that' before it: the stories are what should get entered, not anyone entering them, marked by the verb's inner vowels. So it reads 'be placed in'.
