Movement before food is entirely good, just as it is after it entirely evil.
شَرٌّ — evil. This indefinite noun is the predicate of the second clause, the bad outcome, set opposite the earlier 'good'. With no verb 'is' spoken, its plain undefined ending marks it as fresh information predicated of the movement after eating.
