فَإِنَّ فِي تَعْرِيفِ الشَّرِّ تَحْذِيرًا عَنْ الْوُقُوعِ فِيهِ
For in defining evil there is a warning against falling into it.
الشَّرِّ — the evil. The owner-noun completing 'the defining of evil', in the genitive shape. The second half of such a side-by-side pair takes the genitive ending and supplies the phrase its definiteness.
