فَإِن قبلهَا فمنّة وَصدقَة ثَانِيَة،
So if He accepts it, it is a further favor and charity,
فَمِنَّةٌ — a favor. fa- = 'then' (answering the 'if'); minna means 'a favor'; the '-un' ending marks it as an indefinite subject ('then it is a favor').
