How to say “Flood” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
إِلَى وَقْتِ طُوفَانِ نُوحِ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ
until the time of the Flood of Noah, peace be upon him.
طُوفَانِ — Flood. A noun ('flood') in the middle of a chain 'time of the flood of Noah': it is the owner of 'time' and at once the front noun owned by 'Noah'. So it sits in the genitive ending and links the two ends of the possessive chain.
