For surely you are ignorant and foolish, so persist in excessive humility with God,
خَبَلٌ — foolish. This indefinite noun, 'feeble-minded', is a second predicate stacked beside the first, agreeing with it in the plain subject ending. Arabic can pile up such predicates with no 'and' and no verb, each describing the same 'you'.
