How to say “for this” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
دعوني من البدع فما ترون لهذا عندي نفاذا،
Leave me alone regarding innovations, for you will find no place for them with me.
لِهَٰذَا — for this. This is li- 'for' fused with the pointing word 'this', so 'for this'. The preposition governs the demonstrative, which reaches back to the innovations, marking them as the thing for which no room is found.
