How to say “leave” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
دعوني من البدع فما ترون لهذا عندي نفاذا،
Leave me alone regarding innovations, for you will find no place for them with me.
دَعُونِي — Leave me. This is a command addressed to a group, with the plural -u ending, and the attached -ni 'me' as its object. So one word holds 'leave me', the object pronoun fastened to the back of the plural imperative.
