فَمِنْ ذَلِكَ قَوْلُهُمْ الْقَتْلُ أَنْفَى لِلْقَتْلِ، مَذْكُورٌ فِي قَوْلِهِ وَلَكُمْ فِي الْقِصَاصِ حَيَاةٌ
Among them their saying: 'Killing prevents killing' is mentioned in His saying: 'And there is for you in legal retribution [saving of] life.'
وَلَكُمْ — and there is for you. This is 'and' joined to the preposition 'for' carrying the attached 'you' (plural). The phrase opens the quoted verse with 'and there is for you...', a possession-by-preposition frame meaning the thing belongs to or benefits you. The suffix addresses the plural audience.
