When the habit becomes settled, it is like a wheel on a track; less friction, faster arrival.
احْتِكَاكٍ — friction. A Form VIII action-noun, 'friction / rubbing,' indefinite, in the -i form, owned in 'less friction.' The settled habit runs with LESS friction — less inner struggle. The terse pairing mimics the smoothness it describes.
