فَإِنْ لَمْ تَكُنْ تَرَاهُ فَإِنَّهُ يَرَاكَ
If you do not see Him, then indeed He sees you.
يَرَاكَ — He sees you. A present-tense verb 'sees' with 'you' attached as object. The suffix names who is seen, and the verb's subject is the 'He' emphasized just before, completing 'He sees you'.
