وَكُلُّ قَوْمِهَا كَانَ حَرِيصًا عَلَى نِكَاحِهَا لَوْ قَدِرَ عَلَى ذَلِكَ،
And each of her people would have been eager to marry her if he had been able to do so.
قَوْمِهَا — her people. A noun ('people/folk') with the suffix '-ha' ('her') fused on as possessor; it is the owned half of 'each OF her people', in the genitive. The attached pronoun ties the group to Khadijah, identifying whose people are meant.
