Arabic vocabulary
How to say “his memory” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
وَتَرَكَ البَعْضُ الآخَرُ الْكِتَابَةَ لِدِقَّةِ تَثَبُّتِهِ وَقُوَّةِ حِفْظِهِ
Others abandoned writing because what they retained was precise and their memory was strong.
حِفْظِهِ — his memory. The owning half of 'the strength of his memory', a noun with attached '-hu' = 'his'. It sits in the genitive as the completing term of that 'of' pairing, and the suffix names whose memory is meant.
