  And he seeks closeness by kissing his hand, becomes accustomed to his blessing, and acts according to his whims instead of God's law and His Sunnah.

  وسُنَّتِهِ — and His Sunnah. A noun fronted by 'wa-' (and) and closed by '-hi' (his), so one word holds connector, noun, and possessor. The 'wa-' pairs it with the divine law just named, and the suffix points back to God, making it 'and His practice', a second thing set aside.
