وَخَوَاطِرُهُ وَنَتَائِجُ فِكْرِهِ قَيْدُهَا فِيهِ،
His reflections and the results of his thinking were recorded in it.
فِكْرِهِ — of his thinking. A noun with -hi ('his') attached, the owned member completing 'the results of his thinking'. The attached possessor sits in the genitive and ties the thinking to the author. The -hi reaches back to the man being described.
