وَنَتَائِجُ — and the results. Here wa- coordinates a second subject, a plural noun that heads an 'of' link to the following noun: 'the results of his thinking'. The conjunction joins it to the previous subject. As the first member of the pairing it leans on what comes next.

And there is a subtle point in describing deeds as secret: deeds are the results of inward states.
نَتَائِجُ — results. This plural noun is the predicate of the 'that...' clause and stays in the base nominative, completing the equation 'deeds are results'. It also heads a possessive 'results of...' link with the next word, so it is simultaneously predicate and the owned half of an 'of' pairing.
