التَعْبِيرِ — the description. This is a verbal noun, the action of 'describing' boxed up as a thing, and it is governed by the preceding 'in', so it sits in the genitive. It heads a possessive-style link with what follows, since a verbal noun in Arabic can take its object through an 'of' connection rather than as a plain object.
