Arabic vocabulary
How to say “I withdraw” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
فَاللَّهُ لَكُمَا أَنْ أَرُدَّ عَنْكُمَا الطَّلَبَ
By God, I will withdraw the request from you both.
أَرُدَّ — I withdraw. A first-person 'I' verb whose ending shifts under the 'that' particle before it, reading as a pledge of what the speaker will do. The mood-change is how a listener hears it as a promised aim, not a plain report.
