بِأَيْدِ — in the hands of. The relator 'bi-' fused to a noun 'hand(s)', forming the locating idiom 'in the hands of'. It governs the next noun into the genitive and, with the owner that follows, means 'in the possession of'; the relator sets up the relationship of holding.
