بِسُكَّرِي — while she was intoxicated. This packs the preposition bi- with a noun and an attached suffix to mark an accompanying circumstance, 'while in (her) drunkenness'. Here bi- sets up a state-phrase describing the condition she was in as he carried her, not an instrument; it answers 'in what state' rather than 'with what'.
