How to say “invalidate” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
يَبْطُلُ التيممُ بكل ما يُبْطِلُ الوضوءَ،
Tayammum becomes invalid by everything that invalidates ablution.
يُبْطِلُ — invalidates. Here is the causative twin of the opening verb: not 'becomes void' but 'makes [something] void.' The same root, reshaped to add a doer acting on an object. Its object, 'ablution,' follows; whatever does this to ablution also voids tayammum.
