هِیَ الَّتِي تَحْوِي مَرْضَاةَ الرَّبِّ وَمَحَبَّتَهُ
It is that which contains the Lord's pleasure and His love.
هِیَ — it is. A standalone 'she/it' pronoun used here to start the sentence as its topic, a feminine 'it' pointing to a feminine idea from context. It will be linked to a predicate clause with no 'is' word. It sets up 'it is the one which...'.
