هِیَ الَّتِي تَحْوِي مَرْضَاةَ الرَّبِّ وَمَحَبَّتَهُ
It is that which contains the Lord's pleasure and His love.
مَرْضَاةَ — the pleasure. A noun 'pleasure/approval' heading an 'of' chain; it drops its own 'the' and demands the following noun to complete 'the pleasure of...'. It also sits as the object of 'contains'. It heads the phrase whose owner comes next.
