فَيَتُوبُ مِنْ صُنُوفِ الْمَعَايِبِ وَيَصْبِرُ عَلَى الْمَصَائِبِ
Then he repents from various kinds of faults and is patient upon the calamities.
صُنُوفِ — various kinds of. A noun 'kinds/sorts-of' that is the first half of an 'of' possessive pair, governed into the genitive by the 'from' preposition and still incomplete until its owner-noun arrives. 'Kinds of X' is built by bare adjacency with no separate 'of'.
