يَعْنِي فِي قَطِيفَةٍ لَهُ فِيهَا رَمْزَةٌ أَوْ زَمْرَةٌ،
It means a small scrap of cloth that he has, in which there is a mark or a tuft.
رَمْزَةٌ — mark. An indefinite noun naming a small mark, presented as one unspecified detail because it carries no 'the'. It is the thing said to be inside the item, introduced as new information.
