And spread its knowledge, and call people towards it and towards what we mentioned of sincere devotion to it.
ذَكَرْنَاهُ — we mentioned. Two pronouns on one verb: '-na' is the subject 'we,' '-hu' the object 'it.' It completes the relative — 'what we earlier mentioned' — looping back to the duties already listed.
