فَلَمَّا جَاءَ الإِسْلاَمُ وَذَكَرَهُنَّ اللَّهُ،
Then when Islam came and God mentioned them,
وَذَكَرَهُنَّ — and mentioned them. A wa- linking a second past clause, on a verb 'mentioned' that has a feminine-plural 'them' object fused on its end pointing back to the women. The wa- joins whole clauses here, and the doer 'God' follows.
