وَمِنْ أَبْهَرِ آيَاتِهِ، وَأَكْبَرِ مُعْجِزَاتِهِ
Among his most astonishing signs and greatest miracles:
مُعْجِزَاتِهِ — his miracles. A feminine plural noun 'miracles' with the 'his' suffix attached, the owning term completing 'greatest of his miracles', hence the genitive. The possessor points to him; the construct gives the superlative-of-set reading, naming the height of his wonders.
