Arabic vocabulary
How to say “my servants” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
إِنَّ عِبَادِي لَيْسَ لَكَ عَلَيْهِمْ سُلْطَانٌ
Indeed, My servants, you have no authority over them.
عِبَادِي — my servants. 'Servants' with '-i' ('my') fused on, giving 'my servants'. Standing right after the emphatic 'truly', it wears the object ending the particle imposes, even though it is the topic of the declaration; the attached 'my' marks them as God's own.
