As for philosophical divine wisdom, no one who hopes for success should look into it.
يُنْظَرُ — is observed. A verb 'is looked into / one looks,' negated by 'not' before it, with 'in it' next marking what is examined. The sense: whoever hopes for his own success does NOT peer into this metaphysics — the doer named by 'one who' shortly.
