Arabic vocabulary
How to say “occur” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
فَهَذَا لَا يَرِدُ لِغَيْرِهِ مِنَ الْكَلَامِ،
So this does not occur for any other from the speech.
يَرِدُ — it occurs. A present-tense verb 'occurs / is found', with an implicit 'it' subject (this expression). Negated by the preceding 'la', the sense is 'does not occur'; a 'for/in' phrase will say where it is absent.
