لِكَثْرَةِ دَوْرِ ذَلِكَ فَتَرَاهُ إِمَّا يَكْتُبُ الأَسْمَاءَ حَالَ السَّمَاعِ ،
Because that happens so often, you will then see him either write the names at the moment of hearing.
دَوْرِ — the occurrence of. A noun meaning 'recurrence / turning', the owner term completing 'frequency of the recurrence', so it carries the 'of'-style (genitive) ending and itself heads a further link to the demonstrative that follows. Chains can run several nouns deep like this.
