ثُمَّ إِنَّ اللَّهَ فَتَحَهَا عَلَيْهِمْ،
Then indeed Allah opened it for them,
فَتَحَهَا — opened it. A finished-action verb, 'He opened', with -ha glued on as its feminine object, 'it' (the place), and the doer (God) named just before. The word holds the action and its object together while the subject sits ahead of it.
