وَلَا يَكِلُنَا إِلَى نَفْسِنَا طَرْفَةَ عَيْنٍ،
and do not leave us to ourselves even for the blink of an eye,
نَفْسِنَا — our selves. A noun closed by '-na' (our), the possessor glued to its end, sitting in the form the preposition before it requires. The suffix marks the selves as the speaker's group's own, the very thing they ask not to be left to.
