And this is what the Prophet said about the person who has it.
صَاحِبِهَا — the person who has it. A noun with -ha ('its') fused to its end, in the genitive after the 'about' it follows. The attached pronoun points back to the state, so this means the person who has that condition, and the suffix tracks what the saying concerns.
