وَذَلِكَ بِمُحْضَرٍ مِنِ ابْنِ الْجَوْزِيِّ وَغَيْرِهِ مِنَ الْعُلَمَاءِ،

بِمُحَضِّرٍ — in the presence of. A preposition 'in/with' fused to a noun, together forming the fixed phrase 'in the presence of', which governs the following name into the genitive. The whole 'in the presence of' is one written word built from preposition plus noun.
