يُرَوِّحُ — refreshes. A present-tense verb on the intensive pattern (doubled middle consonant), 'gives rest/ease to', with its 'he' subject built in. It pairs with the preposition after it to mean 'bring relief to', the easing force carried by the verb's shape.
