How to say “related” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
الَّتِي هِيَ عِبَادَتُهُ الْمُتَعَلِّقَةُ بِإِلَاهِيَّتِهِ وَطَاعَةً أَمْرُهُ وَأَمْرُ رَسُولِهِ
which is His worship related to His divinity, and obedience to His command and to the command of His Messenger.
الْمُتَعَلِّقَةُ — related. A feminine adjective describing the worship, following it and copying its gender and definiteness. The feminine marking is agreement with the feminine noun it modifies, and it leads into the prepositional phrase after it.
